Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied
for any reason, please return your purchase in original condition
within 30 days of receipt of goods for a credit refund. On the
front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), please
note the reason for return. Enclose your packing slip with the
item and ship, prepaid and insured,

All items must be prepaid and insured
for Robert Lee Morris to accept. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise
in the original condition in conformity with this policy, the
purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the
original purchase. Allow 7 days (not including delivery time
for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for
the processing of your credit. For items that we verify to be
defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Robert Lee Morris order as long as the order
is "in process". If order status is "shipped",
it cannot be cancelled.
