Our Online Shop is available 24 hours a day. Please make your selections on our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout. You will be able to see shipping charges prior to the completion of your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive order acknowledgement via e-mail.

Robert Lee Morris LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.
We will gladly exchange or issue you a credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags still intact. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges.
When returning items through the website you will receive a website credit that can be used on the website.
Same return policy applies to Items received as gifts.
All Sale Merchandise is Final.
Please note: We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased through the online store. Jewelry purchased from specialty or department store must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212.764.3332 for a RMA # (we will not accept any returns without it).
- You will be given the mailing address with the RMA #.
- Securely pack the piece of jewelry with the copy of your packing list, and clearly write the RMA# on the exterior of the box. We recommend Fed Ex/UPS for security of return.
