Orders placed before 12pm  EST  will be shipped the following day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Select shipment method during checkout whether it be GROUND, 2ND DAY AIR or NEXT DAY AIR. 

 

All orders are processed immediately during normal business hours.  Any orders received before 12:00 pm EST are shipped the same day.  If you need to make change to your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

We accept  Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

We do not repair RLM Collection pieces, if you item is in need of repair within 30 days of purchase please email hfialkoff@haskelljewels.com

 

 

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a return authorization number (RMA).  We must receive the merchandise within 21 days of purchase.  All items returned must be received in new, unworn condition with all tags still intact.  You must write the RMA number on the outside of the box and return it to us at your expense.  Any boxes received without a RMA will be refused and returned to the sender. 

We will issue a web credit for any merchandise returned, less shipping charges.  The credit can be used on our web site. 

All Sale Merchandise is Final.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, with the difference paid.

Please note: We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased via the online store. Jewelry purchased from specialty or department stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

Once you have requested an RMA#, We will provide you with the return shipping address.

Once you receive your RMA # Via email, you have to  write it visably on your package.

If you package does not have a RMA # visably wriiten on it, it will be refused.

If your jewelry requires cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Never use jewerly cleaner on collection pieces.

Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives.

We do reccommend using  a polishing cloth on the sterling sliver pieces.

Every item is packaged in a Robert Lee Moris pouch, which is than place in a tissue lined box .
